Did you know that Customer Experience (CX) has an official day? It's the day we celebrate the companies and individuals who focus on creating a competitive advantage through the experiences they deliver to customers. Yep, it's called CX Day and this year, it is on October 7th.
So, if you haven't already started planning, you should. Here are three ways you can celebrate CX Day:
- Have fun with employees. Make this the day you celebrate all of the hard work your employees do for customers.
- Share your celebration with your customers. Recognize them and the impact they are having.
- Get involved in the activities that the CXPA is coordinating. There will be local networking events, online events, and more.
