One of my favorate bloggers is a guy named David Armano. I like him because he has a talent for creating visuals that illustrate both simple and complex concepts. He recently published this slide-share presentation, which includes some tips for visual thinking.
As customer advocates, we are responsible for articulating the customer perspective to broad and diverse stakeholder groups. Visual thinking is often an underused tool that I believe will help us communicate this message.
