In this video, Jim Bampos, Vice President of Total Customer Experience at EMC shares EMC’s outside-in culture to create a successful environment for customers and EMC. When asked, “What did you learn that you can share with others,” Jim offers these two suggestions:

  • Don’t become too enamored with the numbers. Focus attention on the action.
  • Involve customers in the program so that they recognize the “value of their voice.”
