Consider these three best practices when using video to invite customers to participate in your customer survey research.
- Be specific: Tell them what are you doing, why you are doing it, and how it will be used.
- Be sincere: Reinforce the importance and be sincere in your request. You are asking them to give up a portion of their time, make sure they know their time won’t be wasted.
- Thank them: Don’t forget to thank them for their time in advance.
