Be Careful What You Ask For

I saw this cartoon and found it amusing.  Too often companies don’t want to do an employee survey because they are afraid of what they will find out. If you ask the right questions, the right way, you can get very constructive and helpful feedback that will not only impact employee loyalty but the organization as a whole.  Companies that bury their head in the sand are the ones who will pull their head out and realize they have been passed up in the marketplace.
