Creative customer strategy

In this article, Ivan Pollard, Coca-Cola’s vice president for global connections talks about creativity. He says, "I think the best definition of creativity I ever heard was ‘Somebody who is able to look at everything that everybody else has seen, but see something nobody else noticed, and then turn it to use to solve a problem.’"

If you subscribe to this definition, it suggests we should widen the access to customer insights. In doing this more people will see the same information and our creative thinkers will be able to drive customer-focused improvements for the business.
