Five ways to effectively communicate your program

  1. Brand It! Put the name on the program. When something has a name and perhaps a logo or tagline, it becomes more formalized and more important. It stands out.
  2. Plan It! Too often this gets put on the back burner.  We mentioned that time is of the essence.  We’ve found that the organizations that plan it – do better. 
  3. Stand out! Get creative with your communication and do something a little out of the ordinary to stand out.
  4. Recruit! You need a network of people to help in communicating the message – with your executive sponsor and senior leadership helping to lead the way.
  5. Reinforce! You need to reinforce the message over and over and over again.
