Promote Your VoC Program

Before you launch a customer program, it is important to consider the internal and external (customer) communications that need to happen.  One great opportunity is to craft, post and distribute a solid one-page document about your VOC program.  Think of your VOC program as a stand-alone entity that needs its own brand.  This document serves as the foundation for building that brand. The document should include the following components:

  • Overview the program purpose, objectives and their role in using the feedback
  • Scope of the feedback that is being collected
  • Timeline and key dates
  • The anticipated business impact or goal
  • The anticipated personal impact on the individual
